Warranty Policy

Limited Warranty

RINECOPO Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that RINECOPO products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use throughout the applicable warranty period as specified in the 'Warranty Period' section below, subject to the exclusions listed here.

This warranty statement outlines RINECOPO's complete and exclusive warranty commitment. RINECOPO does not assume, nor authorize any other party to assume, any additional liability in connection with the sale of its products.

Warranty Period

The warranty period for RINECOPO power products is 12 months, beginning on the date of purchase by the original consumer. A sales receipt or other valid proof of purchase is required to confirm the warranty start date.

Exchange

RINECOPO will replace, at its own expense, any product that fails to function during the applicable warranty period due to defects in materials or workmanship. Replacement products assume the remaining warranty period of the original product.

Warranty Limited to Original Purchaser

This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable to any subsequent owner.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Products that have been misused, abused, altered, damaged by accident, or used for any purpose other than normal consumer use as outlined in RINECOPO's current product literature.
  • Products that have been tampered with or repaired by unauthorized service providers.
  • Products purchased through an online auction platform.
  • Battery cells, unless the cell is fully charged by the user within seven days of purchase and recharged at least once every six months thereafter.
